It's not the will to win, but the will to prepare to win that makes the

What is a Forum? - A forum is a web
application for holding discussions and posting user-generated content. Internet forums are also commonly referred to as Web
forums, message boards, discussion boards, and discussion groups. Messages within a forum are displayed either in chronological
order or as threaded discussions. A sense of virtual community often develops around forums that have regular users. Registered
members of a forum may have additional privileges such as the ability to start new topics and control their individual
settings and profiles. Such interaction allows all users to develop more knowledge about a given subject or topic.
Window Academy's Window Cleaning Forum - Bob and I were hosting this
forum even before the sale of our training packages on the Internet. This has proven to be an excellent
venue for learning about the window washing business, as well as getting to know others in the
industry from across the United States and overseas!
Customers who have purchased a package may use the
following link to log-on: Window Cleaning Forum. Please Note: You must purchase a Forum Pass or Training Package
to join and interact with others on our window cleaning forum (your purchase entitles you to lifetime and unlimited
access). Users must first create a username and password. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an email confirmation.

« August 05, 2007, 07:23:12 PM » Anybody
had any luck getting accounts in strip malls? I've gotten several accounts recently in new strip malls, You need
to keep an eye out for new businesses moving in, but once you get one or two accounts in a strip, the owners will often help
you out by letting you know when others are moving in, plus the owners all get to know each other, so this can be an advantage
for you. When you only have to walk next door to get to your next account, it's a great feeling. Really cuts
down on drive time too. Bob jhooster Newbie Re: Strip Malls « Reply #1 on: August

that all tell me "corporate handles that", when I ask to leave a bid. I did get one account in a strip mall,
and it would indeed be good to pick up some more right next door, but so far no luck. I guess it depends which companies
they are, maybe some companies are easier to get accounts with? I have gotten a few new accounts, but they are scattered
around a bit, I'll be trying to get more accounts closer together like you said. JW adenor23 Newbie Re: Strip Malls « Reply #2 on: August 10, 2007, 04:47:20 AM » Hey jw stick with it...... it all take time (Rome wasn't built in a day) your commercial work should
always be done to a very high stand and regularly... by this i mean the same day and time for each visit were possible. its the little things like that gets you notice....... ade jhooster Newbie Re: Strip Malls « Reply #3 on: August 10, 2007, 06:48:51 AM » Hi Ade,
Thanks, I definitely need and appreciate any words of encouragement I can get. I am going to try to get my accounts
closer together as I seem to be wasting too much time stuck in traffic. Angry…Maybe I need to put my marketing efforts
into one town or area at a time. jw admin Re: Strip Malls « Reply #4 on: August 14,

for more work. i have had success with my clients getting me work if I offer them a free washing for a good lead. Also,
we will leave a sticker on an empty site with our name and phone number. Something small, maybe one inch by two inches. You
can buy them at Staples or Office Max and then print out what you need from your computer. lol admin Re:
